Childs Chiropractic employees and clients donated clothing for the clothing closet.

March 2007 

 The Streams of  Water Ministry received a Walk-in Freezer from the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma.  The RFB received a grant for the freezers

 August 3, 2007

 The First Christian Church of Norman, donated a  truckload of food to the Food Pantry.  We want to thank Janet Corley and Lisa Hardwick for cordinating this effort.  

 
August 11, 2007

The Back to School Roundup was victorious. 550 students received backpacks, 150 received bicycle helmets, and 45 received haircuts.  Over 1000 people in attendance.

 

October 2007

The Streams of Water Ministry received boxes of food and personal hygiene products from Feed the Children.  The Cleveland County DHS office collected monetary donations to purchase the items.  Feed The Children is matching the number of truckloads each community and county has raised.

May 2008

 May 10, 2008 - The Streams of Water Ministry received over 4 tons of food from the Nation Association of Letter Carriers Stamp out Hunger Food drive.  We want to thank the Norman Branch of Letter Carriers and the residents of Norman for making this a success.

The Clothing Closet is overflowing. We just received a major donation of nice adult clothes from a local consignment sale. 
 
Oct 28, 2008 The SOW Ministry Food Pantry received a $4,000 grant from the City of Norman.
Feb 27, 2009 The SOW Ministry Food Pantry received a $700 grant from the Norman Community Foundation.
